• Processing Times: Orders generally ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and vary by destination.
• No Returns on Consumables: Due to the nature of consumable food products, Eden Herbal Teas does not accept returns on opened products.
• Order Damage & Issues: Damaged items, shipping errors, or order shortages must be reported to our support team within 24 hours of delivery. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.

Our products are made in a home kitchen that has not been inspected by the Michigan Department of Agriculture & Rural Development (MDARD).

Our small-batch blending processes conform to applicable local cottage food regulations, ensuring care, clean operations, and high-quality preparation throughout.

The statements made on our website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Our tea products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Our blends are crafted with traditional herbs. Individual reactions can vary.
